Speedrent.com is independent of any car rental companies. Speedrent.com World Central is a vehicle rental. Speedrent.com you the opportunity to rent vehicles in France and across many countries, at prices attractive. Speedrent.com has negotiated preferential terms with partners selected rental vehicles in the world and has established relationships with them.

Speedrent.com has purchased professional liability insurance (44097120) with the company AGF-Allianz. Before booking, the tenant should read the rental conditions and specific conditions of each country.

Article 1 - Terms of booking

Speedrent.com offers a rental service, as an intermediary, putting you in touch with providers around the world.
When booking, the customer must provide the following:
The place to pick up a car (country and city),
The time and date of the rental,
The return location of the vehicle (and city),
The return time and date of vehicle to the return location,
The category of vehicle rented,
The name of the driver must hold an international credit card embossed with his name,
The age of the driver

Some rental companies allow the vehicle to be returned in a city and / or in a different country (e) be supported. The benefits included in the price, including unlimited mileage (unless otherwise noted in the conditions of hire), the CDW and TP insurance frankly, and local taxes

The options selected and paid locally directly to the renter at the support vehicle (options and accessories to the rental of motor homes)
Speedrent.com send you an invoice and a purchase pre-paid rent after total reservation confirmed. As part of a rental car in case of any default that would not allow proper collection of the sum payable by the client, Speedrent.com is entitled to cancel the booking with the service provider without notice and without any compensation. As part of a rental motor home, thank you kindly refer to paragraph 7.2 of Article 7 of the cancellation policy. It is clear that the vehicle can be delivered only on presentation of a good location for your driver's license and a credit card international relief in the same name as the driver.
This location is personal, non-transferable and concluded for a fixed period defined in advance.

Article 2 - Rental conditions

The renter must have in addition to its purchase or rental "voucher":

L'The minimum age required for a lease is 21 years or 25 years depending on the chosen vehicle category and country. This information is mentioned in the conditions of the provider. Typically, the driver must be over 21 years and more than a year of driving license. Drivers between 18 and 25 are sometimes subject to a fee of "young driver" payable to the lessee or included in a package. However, some countries are more restrictive and can have a maximum age limit. Be sure to check this information at the time of booking. For some special vehicles or prestige, the owner may request an age above 25 years.
Drivers will have to be compulsorily listed on the contract during the management of the rented vehicle. The renter and drivers specified in the contract to meet the owner of these rental conditions and become fully responsible for the vehicle from being taken over by the terms set out in Article 1384 of the Civil Code. Where the tenant does not comply with these conditions of rental, the renter reserves the right to terminate immediately and automatically to the rental and refuse to make the vehicle available to it or without being required Speedrent.com reimbursement of rent and / or the payment of any compensation.

No refunds will be made in case of no show the client with the owner (no show).

2.1 Specific rental terms conditions for motorhome
a) Rental Period
The rental period starts when the customer takes possession of the motor home and ends when the owner accepts the return of the camper. The first rental day is the day care motor home any time. Just as the last day of rental is the day to return the motor home at any time.
Moreover, if the tenant decides, unilaterally, to begin later than expected or lease before the end, it will be entitled to any refund. b) Use of the motorhome

c) The motorhome
The motor home is delivered to the tenant in perfect condition and body with the accessories included in the price (refer to the purchase location). Before taking over the camper, the customer will perform with the owner of a scene of the camper. It will be returned in the same condition as he left. Otherwise, the tenant must pay a sum amount of the costs of repairs to the ceiling with the amount per accident deductible. The deductible amount will be specified in the lease of the renter. The owner reserves the right to modify the model motor home booked until the day of care of it and replace it with another model in the same category or another of a higher category. Furthermore, if at the time of taking over the motor home, the client wants a model of lower grade than that booked and prepaid, it may not request any refund or compensation. As reservations are a class of motor home and in any case, the customer may require a model or brand specific motorhome.
Illustrations, photographs, texts and descriptions available on our website are representative of a class of motor home. As a result, variances may occur due to replacements motor homes made by the hirer and / or by the manufacturer.

d) Pets
According to the rental company and the country or animals are not allowed in the motor home rental and hire some charge extra for pets. Also, you are kindly requested to inform us when booking on this subject.
e) Fuel Lubricant Gas
If the tenant must repair and / or maintenance practices such as:
checking the oil level, water and coolant,
the oil and engine to perform at certain mileage intervals that will be specified by the rental company,
lubrication (including the level of the gearbox and the bridge),
tire pressure.
He justified this work by the relevant invoices stating the mileage noted on the meter during the operation. The costs of repairs authorized by the owner will be reimbursed only on presentation of invoices and under the conditions specified by it in the lease.
The landlord must inform the tenant of the type of fuel that is suitable for the rented motor home. The customer must make the motor home with the same level of fuel as in the care of campers, the fuel is entirely dependent.
f) Maintenance and repairs
The tenant must maintain the motor home and its equipment in good condition throughout the term of the lease. In case of damage or to perform various repairs, the tenant shall immediately inform the rental company.
The normal mechanical wear is the responsibility of the renter. All repairs either from abnormal wear, or neglect by the tenant will be responsible for it. If the motor home is damaged and / or detaining the tenant's obligation to prevent the owner within 24 hours.
The rental company must have access to the camper in the case of repairs.
g) Validity
For Europe, leased vehicles can cross borders, this facility extends only to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Great Britain, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland. For North America, leased vehicles can cross border, this facility extends only in Canada and the United States.
Beyond these boundaries or for other destinations, express authorization of the owner is required. The latter may reserve the right to prohibit the use of the vehicle on the territories known as "at risk" because the vehicle's insurance as additional protection options and the amounts of liability accident or theft may no longer be valid. In case of accident or theft, the customer would be liable within the limits of the market value of the vehicle. It is therefore the duty and responsibility of the customer to declare in advance to Speedrent.com owner and the vehicle is used on these so-called "at risk".
Some rental companies are willing to rent to go to these countries (Eastern Europe, Mexico ... etc.) with prior billing of a supplementary insurance policy. Some support services may not work in these countries despite the authorization of the owner and charging additional insurance.
These conditions of territorial validity are subject to change without notice.

Article 3 - Rates

Benefits are payable in advance when booking or by our secure payment system online or by phone at one of our reservation agents.

Speedrent.com regularly updates its fares and prices can change without notice. In order to take account of rates made by the various providers Speedrent.com and currency rates, tariffs can be modified. The price of the applicable benefit is that provided by Speedrent.com at the time of booking and is recalled on the invoice. Once payment has been made, the rental vehicle is firm and secure and will not be changed by Speedrent.com or tenant by the customer, even according to the fluctuation of currencies. Similarly, after full payment of its lease, the tenant customer can ask to change the price paid in case of promotions offered by Speedrent.com, said after the payment of the customer.

It belongs to the client to determine, before his departure, if the price of services offered and specified on the invoice it should. No dispute regarding the rental vehicle will be taken into account the return of the client. Prices resulting from the contract rates negotiated with individual providers. Prices include :

Article 4 - Basic rules to respect

The tenant agrees to the terms and conditions of the rental location. However we remind you some basic rules:

Article 5 - Best price guarantee and refund of the difference

As part of a rental car:
Speedrent.com agrees to reimburse you the difference if you find a lower price elsewhere, equivalent to and no later than 2 days before the date of taking over the vehicle, on presentation of proof (eg copy of screen if internet or a copy of a brochure).

This guarantee works if you have already booked and paid for your rental car at Speedrent.com.

The comparative offers must include a category of vehicle, a rental period, the same city or airport availability, the same benefits included in the price (including unlimited mileage, insurance, taxes, surcharges and options). The comparison can be made with an offer package-style "auto-tours" or "train car".

This warranty applies to all current reservations, excluding promotional rates Speedrent.com.

Article 6 - Extension of the lease

The client must ask the tenant at least 72 hours in advance to hire the extension of the location of the vehicle together with the payment for the provision to, under penalty of exposing themselves to prosecution for misuse of the vehicle and breach of trust.

However, the renter reserves the right to refuse the extension of the lease, without compensation to the tenant customer, with the obligation for it to return the vehicle immediately.

The extension is contracted directly with the owner. Also, the price thereof is subject to public tariffs in force applied by the rental company.
We inform you that the United States, additional costs to the cost of lease extension will be requested on site by our partner firm. These costs are approximately USD 10.99 per day rental extra.

Article 7 - Cancellation and unsupported vehicle

7.1 For the rental of vehicles, excluding motor homes:
At any time you can cancel your car rental with Speedrent.com. To be confirmed, any cancellation must be in writing (mail, fax, mail).
Any cancellation 48 hours before speaking local time care of the vehicle is free of charge. Between 48 and 24 hours of care, 25% of the rental will be charged. Less than 24 hours of care, 50% of the rental will be charged.
In case of no-show at an appointment to take charge of the vehicle, or non-presentation of the purchase or rental of a driving license or an international card, a fee equivalent to 100% of the rent will be charged.

Warning: if pick up a car at the airport, we remind you that no refund will be made if you did not take over the vehicle due to an error on your part on the information provided including flight number, flight schedule, or the name of the airport, or if your flight is cancelled by the airline or the airport authorities. In the latter case, we strongly recommend you go against the airline.

Furthermore, only the items and services provided on the purchase of rental Speedrent.com may be subject to any refund. The services you purchase on site with the owner can not be any refund claim or dispute with Speedrent.com.
Means cancellation of both the cancellation is made before delivery by the client and the cancellation by Speedrent.com in case of non-payment.

7.2 For the rental of motorhome:

Our motor homes rates offer an option cancellation insurance. This insurance will help you in case of cancellation to be refunded the amount of expenses incurred. You will be refunded only after the occurrence of an event guaranteed listed in 7.2.1 below:
However, if you do not want to subscribe to our cancellation insurance, you will be subject to the following cancellation charges:
- Cancellation notified beyond 91 days prior to departure: 10% of total rental will be charged
- Cancellation notified between 90 days and 46 days before departure: 20% of total rental will be charged
- Cancellation notified between 45 days and 31 days before departure: 50% of total rental will be charged
- Cancellation notified 30 days before departure and until departure (no show): 100% of the total rental will be charged.

7.2.1. Events guaranteed by the cancellation insurance:
(i) Amount of guarantee per claim per event and up to € 6000.
(ii) Basic Warranty
Are guaranteed only:
a)The following events:
Death,
Serious accident (by accident, is a non-intentional bodily harm from the victim, from the sudden action of an external cause and forbidding any movement by its own means)

With reference to your specific provisions and the express reservation that you would not have had knowledge at the effective date of this contract, the guarantee is extended:
a)the following events:
Prohibition to enter the foreign territory in which you reside or foreign territories that you must cross to get to your places of residence issued by a Competent Authority

7.2.2. Exclusions: Events not covered by insurance cancellation
(i) General exclusions
The consequences of the following events and circumstances are never performed:
the civil or foreign war, riots, popular movements, strikes, hostage taking, handling of weapons,
your voluntary participation in paris, crimes or brawls, except in cases of legitimate defense,
any effect of nuclear origin or caused by any source of ionizing radiation,

g)when required or imposed by a travel or trip:
a.impossibility or suites vaccination ,
b.treatment impossibility,
h)alcoholism, use of medications, drugs, drugs not medically prescribed and their consequences,
i)aesthetic treatment, psychological or psychotherapeutic,
j)depression,
k)spa treatments,
l)the decision of local authorities or international calling:
l'prohibiting access to a territory to residents and non residents, due to a viral epidemic disease, without treatment or vaccine exists, occurring locally or in a country, region or city in which they arrive,
l'the event of a cancellation or withdrawal of the authorization for the same reasons,
m)any event other than those specifically mentioned above.

7.2.3. Provisions in case of disaster
(i) You must indicate on your claim or if impossible, in a subsequent statement made as soon as possible and by letter.

Article 8 - Claims

The application must be accompanied by a complete dossier including mail specifying the subject of the complaint, a copy of the order, a copy of the lease, and any other document issued on the spot.

We remind you that when care of the car at the airport, no refund will be made if you did not take over the vehicle due to an error on your part on the information provided including the number flight, the flight schedule, or the name of the airport, or if your flight is canceled by the airline or the airport authorities. In the latter case, we strongly recommend you go against the airline.

If you decide to shorten your location, we will not pay for the days of unused rental.

Article 9 - Payment

We accept the following credit cards on our website (secure site) or at a booking made by telephone: Domestic Card, Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard, American Express, Diners. . You can use your checks after booking by phone, payment will be the following: The receipt of checks must be made 30 days before your departure date, it is impossible to make money if the amount exceeds the amount required in the event of cancellation, the value of the rent that will be credited and not the checks (subject to application of any cancellation charges in accordance with Article 7).
